Orchards, man-space & floor screeds…šŸ˜Ž

Progress continues on the build with lots of important, but relatively small things all happening. The bungalow itself is scheduled to arrive in the last week of April, so when you have read this post, remember to “watch this space”.

We now have our very own “orchard” from left to right we have 5 eating apple trees, 2 cooking apple trees and 3 pear trees. All different varieties and all planted as “cordons”.

The bungalow foundation plinth is now ready for the floor screed to be poured on the first dry day we can get! The damp proof & anti-radon membrane is laid followed by a hi-load DPC prior to the sole plate being fixed

John’s shed base is now ready for his garden hideaway where he will while away many a happy hour over the coming years…”Man-space” šŸ˜‰

The front garden is now levelling up. There will be a boundary wall across the front of the plot in due course.
